Our Mission

To encourage young craftsmen by extending trainings, financial assistance and market strategies, setting up of outlets and encouraging craftsmen cooperatives.
To activate awareness, identification and emergency towards the dying crafts and provide financial support for sustenance of the dying craft.
Training of a new younger class.
Setting up of training institute and design unit and to identify impediments and problems that need to be overcome to create a development environment.
To organize permanent craft bazars like that of Dehli Khat, exhibition with artisans at work and necessary workshops.
To setup outlets for the crafts and encouraging craftsmen cooperatives.
To provide a platform for research, documentation, establishment of craft centres.
To create, establish, administer and manage funds for the promotion of cultural heritage.
To hold expositions, fairs, symposia, seminars, conferences, lectures, workshops and dialogue or any other activity including to print, publish and prepare journals, magazines, books circulars, reports, catalogues and inter alia other related activities.
To establish craft villages / cottages of artists and craftsmen with their respective shops, kilns and like.
To work for the development of human resources, poverty alleviation, promotion of economic of social well being, mobilization, elimination of gender discrimination in practices of traditional crafts and the under developed areas of Sindh.
